The Management Committee of the Olive Growers Cooperative Limited has submitted an application with the Lands Authority for the allocation of Government Propery at Ta' Qali. The land is located on Triq l-Idward, Ta' Qali, as seen on the below photo and marked in red.
The Cooperative has been informed by the Customer Care Department of the Lands Authority that the application has been reviewed and has reached decision stage.
The Cooperative has requested the support of the Office of the Prime Minister and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture.
The Cooperative has launched discussions with Bank of Valletta plc for the financing of the project and has already submitted a series of documents in connection with the application for finance through the Malta Development Bank.
